Twin Flame Eternal Union provides spiritual ascension coaching and educational services intended to support personal reflection, spiritual development, and self-awareness.

Our coaching services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional healthcare services.

• We do not provide licensed psychotherapy, medical diagnosis, or psychiatric treatment.
• Our services do not constitute medical advice or clinical therapy.
• No particular spiritual, emotional, relationship, or personal outcome is guaranteed.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified crisis support provider.

Our coaching approach includes the Mirror Exercise, as taught by Jeff and Shaleia, within the Twin Flames Universe Ascension Coaching framework.

Coaching may include personal reflection, guided exercises, group discussions, and spiritual education. These approaches are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

Clients receiving medical or psychological care should consult their qualified healthcare provider before making changes to prescribed medication, therapy, or treatment plans.

Participation does not guarantee a specific relationship outcome, reconciliation, harmonious union, financial result, or other personal transformation.

Twin Flame Eternal Union treats personal information shared during coaching with care and discretion, subject to applicable legal obligations and the recording provisions below.

Information may be disclosed where required or permitted by applicable law, including where necessary to respond to serious safety concerns.

Participants in group coaching, classes, and workshops are expected to respect the privacy of other members and not disclose personal information shared by others without their permission.

Because group sessions involve other participants, complete confidentiality by every attendee cannot be guaranteed.

We aim to maintain a respectful, supportive, and constructive environment for coaching and learning.

Participants are expected to:

• Communicate respectfully with coaches and fellow participants.
• Respect the privacy and personal boundaries of others.
• Refrain from harassment, threats, bullying, discrimination, or abusive conduct.
• Follow reasonable participation and session guidelines.
• Refrain from unauthorized audio, video, or screen recordings.

We may restrict or end participation in response to serious or repeated violations, subject to applicable consumer rights and legal obligations.

Participants may take personal notes for their own use.

Coaching sessions are booked through our designated online scheduling system.

• Punctuality: Please attend sessions at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in the session being treated as missed.
• Rescheduling: At least 24 hours' notice is required to request a rescheduled session.
• Late cancellations: Requests received less than 24 hours before the session may be treated as missed sessions.
• Missed sessions: Sessions missed without sufficient notice are generally not eligible for a replacement session or discretionary refund.
• Coaching packages: Unless otherwise stated in the offer, package sessions must be used within 60 days of purchase.

These scheduling policies do not limit any mandatory statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights that may apply.

Prices and payment terms are displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is required according to the conditions stated in the relevant offer.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, purchases of coaching sessions, packages, workshops, and digital educational products are generally non-refundable once the relevant service has been delivered or the applicable cancellation period has expired.

Clients may choose to discontinue coaching at any time. Any refund eligibility for unused services will depend on the applicable agreement and mandatory consumer law.

If Twin Flame Eternal Union cancels an undelivered service and does not offer an acceptable replacement, an appropriate refund will be provided for the undelivered portion, as required by applicable law.

Our offerings may include digital courses, educational videos, recordings, downloadable materials, guided exercises, and other online content.

Where applicable consumer law provides a statutory withdrawal period, customers retain that right unless a legally valid exception applies.

For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, immediate access may affect withdrawal rights only where all applicable legal conditions are met, including any required prior express consent, acknowledgment, and confirmation.

For services beginning during an applicable withdrawal period, any payment obligations or loss of withdrawal rights will be determined according to the relevant legal requirements.

Customers should review the specific purchase conditions displayed during checkout.

Original materials created by Twin Flame Eternal Union, including written content, videos, worksheets, presentations, and educational resources, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Materials provided through purchased services are intended for the customer's personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale, publication, or commercial exploitation is prohibited without the appropriate rights holder's permission.

Third-party materials, names, trademarks, and teachings remain the property of their respective owners.

Certain online classes, workshops, seminars, and group sessions may be recorded by Twin Flame Eternal Union for educational purposes or for access by authorized participants.

Where recording is planned, participants will be informed and any legally required consent or other valid authorization will be obtained.

Participants who prefer not to appear on camera may be able to keep their camera switched off. Where available, written questions may be submitted through the meeting chat instead of speaking.

Turning off a camera does not prevent a participant's voice or written contributions from being captured if those features are recorded.

Participants must not independently record, reproduce, or distribute sessions without prior authorization.

Details of how recordings and personal information are handled should be reviewed in our Privacy Policy and any session-specific recording notice.

Coaching and spiritual education are intended to support personal reflection and development. Participants remain responsible for their individual decisions, actions, and well-being.

Twin Flame Eternal Union does not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in any service or educational program.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for losses arising from the use of our services may be limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our offerings, operations, or legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be published on this page. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired under an existing purchase agreement or applicable law.

By purchasing or participating in our services, you agree to the Terms & Conditions presented to you during the relevant registration or checkout process, subject to applicable law.
