1. Workshops, Seminars & Classes

• For both in-person and online classes, workshops, or seminars:
  All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

2. Digital Products

• All sales of digital products (meditations, channeled readings, downloadable files, or similar content) are non-refundable.
• Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

3. Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by logging into your account.
• Cancellation will stop future billing. However, there are no refunds for subscription fees already paid.
• Depending on your billing cycle, you may be charged for the current cycle if cancellation occurs after renewal.

4. Private & Group Coaching Sessions

• Clients may cancel coaching at any time, but no refunds will be given for completed, missed, or late sessions.
• If Twin Flame Eternal Union chooses to end the coaching relationship, a refund will be issued for unused sessions (minus payment processing fees).

5. Rescheduling Policy

• Private Sessions:
  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in the session being forfeited without rescheduling or refund.
  • A missed session without prior 4 hours information is forfeited and not eligible for replacement or refund.
• Group Sessions:
  • Group sessions cannot be rescheduled.
  • Missed group sessions are forfeited and not eligible for replacement or refund. 
  • There is no option to postpone or prepone the session even with prior information or notification. 
  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in the session being forfeited without rescheduling or refund.

6. Coaching Session Guidelines

• Punctuality: Sessions begin and end on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late forfeits the session.
• Respecting the Space: Coaching is a sacred container. These boundaries help maintain commitment and ensure a safe and supportive healing environment.
• Packages:
  • Package sessions must be used within 60 days of purchase.
  • Unused sessions after 60 days are forfeited.
• Group Packages:
  • Group sessions must be used consecutively within 4 weeks (one month). They cannot be extended beyond this time frame.
  • Missed or late sessions are not refundable or transferable.

7. Pricing

• All pricing for services and products is subject to change at the sole discretion of Twin Flame Eternal Union.
