Cancellation Policy

Registrations for in-person and online workshops, seminars, and classes are generally final once any applicable statutory withdrawal period has expired or a valid legal exception applies.

• Voluntary cancellations do not ordinarily qualify for a refund outside applicable statutory rights.
• Missed classes or workshops are not eligible for discretionary refunds or replacement sessions.
• If we cancel an event, participants will be offered an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement in accordance with applicable law.

Digital products include meditations, channeled readings, downloadable resources, online courses, recorded lessons, and similar digital content.

• Digital products are generally non-refundable after any applicable statutory withdrawal rights have expired or have been validly lost.
• Digital purchases are intended for personal use and cannot ordinarily be exchanged for other products.
• Customers retain any statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming digital content.

Customers may cancel an ongoing subscription through their account, where that functionality is available, or by contacting us.

• Cancellation will stop future subscription renewals once processed.
• Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
• If cancellation occurs after a renewal has already been processed, the current billing period may remain payable, subject to applicable consumer rights.
• Access to subscription content will ordinarily continue until the end of the paid billing period, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

Clients may discontinue coaching at any time. The following conditions apply, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

• Completed coaching sessions are not ordinarily refundable.
• Missed or late sessions may be forfeited under the scheduling rules outlined below.
• If Twin Flame Eternal Union ends the coaching relationship, a refund will be provided for undelivered sessions as appropriate under the agreement and applicable law.
• Payment processing fees may be deducted only where such deductions are lawful and have been validly agreed.

Private Coaching Sessions

• 24-hour notice: Clients must request rescheduling at least 24 hours before their scheduled session.
• Requests received less than 24 hours before the session may be treated as late cancellations.
• Late arrival: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeiture of the session.
• Missed sessions without sufficient notice are not ordinarily eligible for a replacement or discretionary refund.

Group Coaching Sessions

• Group sessions take place on fixed scheduled dates and times.
• Individual participants cannot reschedule a group session.
• Group sessions cannot be postponed or brought forward at an individual participant's request, even when advance notice is provided.
• Missed group sessions are not transferable to another date or participant.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in the session being forfeited.

All forfeiture and cancellation provisions are subject to applicable statutory rights.

Punctuality & Participation

Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. Participants are expected to attend punctually and respect the time and boundaries of others.

Private Coaching Packages

• Package sessions must be used within 60 days of purchase unless otherwise stated in the offer.
• Unused sessions after 60 days may expire, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Group Coaching Packages

• Standard four-session group coaching packages are scheduled consecutively over four weeks.
• Individual sessions cannot be postponed, extended, or transferred to another group.
• Missed or late sessions are not ordinarily eligible for replacement or refund.

Respecting the Coaching Space

Our coaching environment is intended to support respectful communication, personal responsibility, and a safe and supportive space for inner healing. Participants are expected to respect these boundaries throughout their sessions.

Twin Flame Eternal Union reserves the right to update prices for coaching services, workshops, subscriptions, and digital products.

Pricing changes will not retroactively alter the agreed price of a completed purchase. Changes to recurring subscription prices will be communicated in accordance with applicable law and subscription terms.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that consumers are entitled to under applicable law.

Depending on the nature of the purchase and the customer's location, statutory withdrawal rights, refund rights, or remedies for services or products not supplied as agreed may apply.

Where an applicable law conflicts with a provision of this policy, the mandatory legal requirement will take precedence.
