1. General Disclaimer

Twin Flame Eternal Union offers Spiritual Ascension Coaching Services.
These services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that:
- We are not licensed psychologists, therapists, or healthcare professionals.
- Our services are not medical advice or therapy.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or feeling suicidal, please contact your local emergency services or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255.

The method of coaching is based on the Mirror Exercise, as taught by Jeff and Shaleia, and practiced within the Twin Flames Universe Ascension Coaching framework.
These tools and techniques are not therapy and are not intended to replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
The methods used cannot and will never heal or cure diseases, medical conditions, or mental health disorders, nor are they a substitute for any treatment or medication plan prescribed by a licensed doctor or therapist.
Clients who are under the supervision of a doctor, therapist, or other healthcare provider (for physical or mental health reasons) must consult their provider before altering or discontinuing any treatment plan, medication, or therapy based on information received from Twin Flame Eternal Union.

All coaching sessions are confidential. Information shared will remain private except where disclosure is legally or ethically required.
In group settings, all participants must respect the confidentiality and privacy of other members.
Any form of libel, slander, defamation, abuse, bullying, or hatred towards any client, coach, student, affiliate, or organization connected with Twin Flame Eternal Union, Twin Flames Universe, or the Church of Union is strictly prohibited.

Coaching spaces are sacred and must be treated with respect.
Clients may be removed without refund for:
- Disruptive behavior, cultivating negativity, or making classes about themselves.
- Engaging in slander, hatred, or abuse against the coach or any affiliate.
Recording of sessions or classes (video, audio, or screen capture) is strictly prohibited. Clients may take personal notes.

All sessions are booked online through our scheduling page.
Punctuality: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit their session.
Rescheduling:
- At least 24 hours’ notice must be given to reschedule a session.
- Requests made after this window will be treated as a missed session.
Missed Sessions: Missed or late sessions are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.
Packages: Package sessions must be used within 60 days of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.

All sales are final. Coaching services, packages, digital products (meditations, channeled readings, or any downloadable content) are non-refundable.
Clients may cancel coaching at any time, but no refunds will be issued for completed or missed sessions.
If Twin Flame Eternal Union chooses to end the coaching relationship, a refund will be provided for any unused sessions (minus payment processing fees).

All content provided through the Twin Flame Eternal Union website, classes, workshops, seminars, telecalls, and related services is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights of the Twin Flame Eternal Union.
It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from these Services without prior written consent from the Twin Flame Eternal Union.

All classes, telecalls, seminars, and workshops may be recorded for audio, and recordings may be made available to participants.
Online classes may also be streamed via Zoom or other video-conferencing platforms. Cameras are generally focused on the person currently speaking.
By registering for a seminar, class, telecall, or workshop, participants agree to being recorded and filmed, and consent to the use of their voice and/or image in the recordings provided to other participants.
If a participant does not wish to be filmed or recorded:
- They must disable or cover their device camera when speaking.
- If they prefer not to have their voice recorded, they may submit questions in writing via the chat thread, which will be visible to other participants.
- To register for and participate in classes or workshops, acceptance of this disclaimer is a condition of registration.

Twin Flame Eternal Union and its affiliates are not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes that result from use of our services.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from coaching or digital products.
Clients are fully responsible for their own well-being and for seeking appropriate medical or psychological care when necessary.
