By purchasing Twin Flame Eternal Union products, you agree not to engage in any actions that may be construed as libel, slander, defamation, abuse, attack, bullying, or hatred against any client, student, or affiliate of Twin Flames Universe, the Church of Union, or their affiliates in perpetuity. Violating these terms may result in the cancellation and revocation of access to the products, website, and resources without a refund. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access to Twin Flame Eternal Union products and resources at any time if you are found defaming the work of Jeff and Shaleia and twinflamesuniverse.com online or using the teachings illegally or inappropriately. Your access to products may revoked if there is harassment, bullying, abuse, or attacks on TFU staff, affiliates, and/or clients or if you are found to be sharing your account with anyone other than your Twin Flame or your child(ren) under the age of 18.
Consent to Immediate Performance of Digital Services
Certain Twin Flame Eternal Union products consist of digital content, digital services, online courses, and other immediately accessible offerings.
By purchasing products of Twin Flame Eternal Union, the customer expressly requests and consents to immediate access and immediate commencement of performance. The customer acknowledges that access to the purchased content and services begins immediately upon purchase and that, where permitted by applicable law, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once performance has commenced.
Terms of Sale for Coaching Services
You may cancel at any time. If you do cancel, no refund will be provided. We also reserve the right to remove any live client for any reason and cancel the remaining coaching relationship. If we choose to end the coaching relationship, we will refund the remainder of unused coaching services, but PayPal fees will not be reimbursed.
We assume no responsibility for any decisions stemming from failure to seek appropriate medical and/or psychiatric assistance.
In no event shall Twin Flame Eternal Union be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, failure to seek appropriate medical and/or psychiatric assistance, procurement of substitute goods or services, loss of use, data, or profits, or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, tort (including negligence or otherwise), arising in any way out of the use of this system, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury, whether based on alleged breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or any other cause of action, including but not limited to damages or injuries caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, and/or theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.
Access may be revoked for behavior that intentionally cultivates hatred, seeks attention for its own sake, controls for control’s sake, is toxic, disrupts classes, or detracts from the coaching experience rather than contributing to it. These rules are in place to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all clients.
